1. Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the check-in date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time or no-shows will be charged one night’s room rate.
- Any changes to the booking are subject to room availability and rate differences.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
- Transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
3. Early Departure
- Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date will be charged for the full stay as per the booking.
4. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged one night’s stay or as per the booking terms.
